Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are non-cancellable, non-rebookable & non-refundable. No show fee equivalent to one (1) night stay shall apply. Strictly to be enforced
  • All rates are in Philippine Peso, and are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes, currently at 12% VAT
  • Charges shall apply for damage or loss of items inside the room including linen damage or stain, burn and hair dye marks, etc. Applicable charges must be settled upon check-out
  • Check-in is at 2:00pm. Check-out is 12:00nn
  • Early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to space availability, for additional charge of Php1,000.00 per hour
  • Extra Person free of charge refers to additional person staying in the room, regardless of age Incidental deposit of Php1,000.00 per room shall be collected upon check-in
  • No party policy for safety of all guests
  • No smoking policy in all rooms and within hotel premises. Penalty for violation is Php10,000.00
  • Rates do not apply to group bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
  • Room deposits shall be refunded to guests if unused, or portion thereof
  • Senior citizen or PWD discount of 20% off will no longer apply. However, VAT Exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior / PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in, the VAT will be collected accordingly
  • Stay dates are subject to black-out dates. Blackout dates include: 3-days before & after Dinagyang Festival & Christmas/New Year; Holy Week (Friday-Sunday)
  • This offer is non-commissionable to travel agents
