Terms & Conditions

Rates and Occupancy

  1. This promotion is applicable only to bookings made under the Studio Suite or One Bedroom Suite categories.
  2. All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso and are inclusive of 12% VAT, 0.165% local tax, and 10% service charge.
  3. The promotional rate is based on a standard occupancy of two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 11 years old and below.
  4. Additional person are subject to the Extra Person Rate of Php1,500.00nett (max of 1 person), inclusive of breakfast.
  5. Rates do not apply to group bookings.
  6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other hotel promotion, package, discount, or special rate

Booking and Payment

  1. Full payment is required prior to check-in.
  2. Accepted payment methods are:
    • Cash
    • Credit Card
    • Maya
    • Bank Transfer
  3. An incidental deposit of Php1,000.00 per room shall be collected upon check-in.
  4. The incidental deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to verification that there are no outstanding incidental charges, damages, losses, or other applicable charges.

Cancellation and No-Show

  1. All bookings under this promotion are non-cancellable, non-rebookable, and non-refundable.
  2. In case of a no-show, the booking will be considered forfeited and the equivalent of one (1) night’s stay shall be charged.
  3. No refund or credit shall be granted for unused portions of the stay, late arrival, or early departure.

Check-in and Check-out

  1. Standard check-in time is 2:00pm.
  2. Standard check-out time is 12:00noon.
  3. Guests may request either:
    • Early Check-in from 8:00am, or
    • Late Check-out until 3:00pm
  4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and prior confirmation by the hotel.
  5. Only one (1) complimentary early check-in or late check-out benefit may be availed per booking.

Guest Conduct and Safety

  1. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted inside the suite. This is a family accommodation promotion intended for registered guests only.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guestrooms and within hotel premises.
  3. A Php10,000.00 penalty shall apply for violation of the hotel’s No-Smoking Policy, without prejudice to any additional applicable cleaning or damage charges.
  4. Guests are responsible for the proper care and use of hotel property and promotional inclusions provided in the suite.

Damages and Loss

  1. Guests shall be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused during their stay, including but not limited to:
    • Linen damage or excessive staining
    • Burns
    • Hair dye stains
    • Damage to furniture, fixtures, or room equipment
    • Loss or damage to children’s play-area items
  2. Applicable charges shall be assessed based on the hotel’s prevailing replacement, repair, or cleaning cost and shall be settled before check-out or charged against the incidental deposit, where applicable

Food & Beverage Discount

  1. The 20% F&B discount applies only to participating hotel Food & Beverage outlets.
  2. The discount does not apply to Manu.
  3. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
  4. The discount is non-transferable and may only be availed by registered guests covered by the booking.
