Terms & Conditions
- All rates are in Philippine Peso, and are inclusive of 12% VAT, 0.165% local tax and 10% service charge.
- Charges shall apply for damage or loss of items inside the room including linen damage or stain, burn and hair dye marks, etc. Applicable charges must be settled upon check-out.
- Check-in is at 2:00pm. Check-out is 12:00noon. Early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to room availability.
- Extra Person free of charge refers to additional person staying in the room, regardless of age Incidental deposit of Php1,000.00 per room shall be collected upon check-in.
- No party policy for safety of all guests.
- No smoking policy in all rooms and within hotel premises. Penalty for violation is Php10,000.00 Rates do not apply to group bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Room deposits shall be refunded to guests if unused, or portion thereof.
